EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT
Redgina Hill, PhD, founder and CEO, currently serves as the Vice President for Inclusion and Equity for Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana. In her role, she defines and cultivates diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice as an institutional and educational priority. She is an Affiliate Consultant with Credo, a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Facilitator. Dr. Hill received her Bachelor of General Studies in 2006 from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She received her MBA with a specialization in Accounting in 2010 from Indiana Wesleyan University. She earned her Doctorate in Higher Education from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California where she was the recipient of the 2015 Social Justice Fellowship, 2016 Carolyn Juillerat Memorial Scholarship for Servant Leadership, and Vice President of the Black Doctoral Student Association.
Tyler Grant holds a BA in International Studies from Bethel University in Indiana and an MA in Global Development and Justice from Multnomah University in Oregon. He has worked in a variety of capacities for domestic and international non-profit agencies focused on providing resources to vulnerable communities, overseeing program and policy work in Uganda and India as well as with the American Red Cross. Tyler is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). He currently serves as Director of Global and Community Engagement at Bethel University and lives in South Bend with his wife, Ansley – a second grade teacher for South Bend Community Schools – and their four-year-old daughter. Together they are called to community building through justice, peace, and courageous conversations.
